My client is an award winning general contractor specializing in Historic preservation, institutional, Advanced Science, Defense/Government, campus improvements, renovations with a minimum project size of $10 million, ideally $40-$70 million

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor progress and address any issues or delays proactively to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations throughout all project phases.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.
