Project Manager - Boston - Custom Residential Construction

The Project Manager is responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of high end residential and custom home projects
• Coordinating and collaborating with the VP and project team to ensure project objectives are met
• Leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities
• Monitoring progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Reviewing and approving project plans, specifications, and budgets
• Identifying potential risks and challenges and implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Working with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations
• Ensuring compliance with construction regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Conducting regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to the project team and resolve any construction-related issues
• Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and project success
