The company maintains an integrated approach to development, construction, and property operations, providing long-term stability and a consistent project pipeline.Job DescriptionSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of ground-up multifamily construction projects.Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, documentation, and subcontractor coordination.Work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Maintain project records, reports, and construction documentation using company systems and software.Travel to construction sites as needed, typically once per week or potentially one week per month depending on project requirements.Collaborate directly with the Vice President of Multifamily Construction and key stakeholders throughout project delivery.Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.Ensure high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and project communication.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
