Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of ground-up construction projects in Charleston.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project outcomes.
  • Oversee project closeout, ensuring all deliverables and documentation are completed.
