Job Description

    • Lead all on-site project operations for large-scale multifamily construction projects.
    • Drive project schedules, budgets, and overall performance from groundbreaking through turnover.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
    • Monitor costs and proactively identify solutions to maintain financial targets.
    • Enforce quality control standards and ensure all work meets project specifications.
    • Champion site safety and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership groups, municipalities, design partners, and field teams.
    • Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders.
    • Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reporting requirements.
    • Support successful project closeout and turnover activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing multifamily construction projects, preferably wood-frame developments.
  • Proven ability to oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Experience leading large-scale residential or mixed-use construction projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multifamily development environments is highly desirable.
