Project Manager - Charleston (Travel to Tampa)

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to align project goals.
• Monitor project progress and address potential delays or challenges effectively.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.
• Travel between Charleston and Tampa as necessary to oversee project execution.
• Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
