Job Description

  • Lead ground-up commercial and CMAR projects valued at $20M+
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate teams from preconstruction through closeout
  • Drive project delivery, quality, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience delivering $20M+ commercial projects
  • Strong CMAR or ground-up construction background
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Stable work history with a reputable contractor
