Project Manager - Charlotte - Hotel Projects

• Manage multiple hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage subcontractor performance.
• Oversee project procurement, permitting, and material delivery schedules.
• Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maintain profitability.
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved.
• Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contract administration.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business opportunities.
