Project Manager - Charlotte - Hotels/Hospitality

• Lead commercial, retail, hospitality, and wood-frame construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement activities, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with field teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee project financial, change orders, forecasting, and cost control efforts.
• Maintain clear communication with leadership and project teams throughout all phases of construction.
• Utilize Bluebeam, Timberline, and other project management tools to support project delivery.
• Identify and proactively resolve project challenges while maintaining quality, schedule, and safety standards.
• Travel to project sites as needed, with company-provided travel accommodations and support.
• Foster a collaborative working environment between office and field personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations.
