A well-established Southeast contractor with expertise across multifamily, commercial, industrial, and senior living construction. Known for disciplined project execution and repeat client partnerships, the company continues to expand its regional footprint.

Job Description

  • Plan and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and resolve on-site issues.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Report project status and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Charlotte Multifamily should have:
