Job Description

  • Manage sitework and grading operations for a 13-acre redevelopment project
  • Coordinate subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and project documentation
  • Support field operations and provide leadership alongside the Superintendent
  • Assist with estimating, design-build coordination, and project planning activities
  • Build relationships with clients, consultants, municipalities, and trade partners

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Charlotte Site Development should have:

  • Experience as a PM or strong APM on sitework, grading, or utility projects
  • Knowledge of Charlotte-area subcontractors, processes, and construction market
  • Ability to support and mentor field teams while driving project execution
  • Experience with land development, mass grading, or civil construction projects
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
