Job Description

  • Support Project Executives with day-to-day project execution
  • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and document control
  • Support scheduling and procurement activities
  • Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
  • Help ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance on site
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-6 years of experience in construction project management or
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience on commercial, retail, healthcare, or interior projects
  • Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project (or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
