Project Manager - Civil Construction - Northfield, NJ

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil construction projects (sitework, utilities, roadwork, drainage, etc.) from start to finish
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and local authorities
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Monitor project progress and performance, proactively addressing risks or delays
• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor selection
• Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and invoices
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, field staff, and subcontractors
