Project Manager: Civil Construction - Williamstown, NJ

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and local/state requirements
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and material delivery
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure alignment and performance
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and contract administration
