They have a track record of successfully managing logistically complex projects through detailed planning and coordination.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Class A Corporate Interiors - DC/NoVA will be responsible for:Managing the full lifecycle of high-end corporate interior and tenant fit-out projects from preconstruction through closeoutOverseeing project budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure delivery within scope and financial targetsCoordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive execution and resolve issuesLeading project meetings and providing regular updates on progress, risks, and milestonesReviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standardsManaging subcontractor procurement, buyout, and ongoing performanceTracking and processing change orders, RFIs, and all project documentationEnsuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards across all phasesMonitoring progress and proactively addressing scheduling conflicts, cost overruns, and field issuesMentoring and supporting junior staff such as Project Engineers and APMsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat businessMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
