Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain quality workmanship and compliance with safety requirements.
  • Enforce site safety policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively resolving issues to minimise delays.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and internal teams to provide updates and address concerns.

  • Experience managing interior construction projects with strong knowledge of this nature.
  • Ability to lead teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety standards and enforcement of protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain project time-lines.
  • Ability to support business development efforts and contribute to generating new project opportunities.
