Job Description

* Manage commercial interior renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, submittal logs, and project documentation.
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, clients, and internal project teams.
* Assist with estimating, budgeting, cost control, and procurement activities.

The Successful Applicant

* 3-7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
* Experience with interior renovations, tenant improvements, or healthcare projects.
* Background with a mid-sized or smaller general contractor preferred.
* Knowledge of estimating and preconstruction processes.
* Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to work across multiple project sectors.
