Job Description

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Lead communication with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and project execution.
  • Manage project financials, including change orders, cost control, and reporting.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Drive quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven track record managing Class A office interior construction projects valued at $5M+.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial interiors, tenant improvements, and occupied renovations.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and client management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
