Job Description

  • Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Lead project meetings and foster strong team collaboration.
  • Provide effective problem-solving to address construction challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Construction Management or Engineering degree
  • Experience managing ground upconstruction projects in the commercial construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
