Thise role requires strong leadership, financial management, scheduling, expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Key Responsibilities:Manage construction projects from preconstruction, procurement, and execution through project closeout.Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.Create and manage project schedules, staffing plans and resource allocation.Lead client communications and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.Oversee subcontractor procurement, contractor administration, and project documentation.Coordinat with superintendents, field leadership, consultants, and project stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.Support business growth through exceptional project execution and client service.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
