Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Danvers, MA

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to meet project needs.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges.
• Document project activities and maintain accurate records.
