Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Hartford, CT

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and clients.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Lead and mentor project teams to maintain high performance and morale.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
