Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
  • Lead project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and ownership teams.
  • Provide regular project reporting and updates to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining delivery objectives.
  • Support procurement activities, contract administration, and change order management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects from inception through completion.
  • Previous Assistant Project Manager experience with readiness to step into a full Project Manager role will be strongly considered.
  • Experience with public-sector clients and governmental entities is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to aviation, municipal, county, institutional, financial institution, or multifamily construction projects is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project controls.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
