Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Lexington

The Project Manager will:

• Manage commercial & higher education construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead project teams, including site personnel, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key project stakeholders.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance.
• Monitor project performance and implement solutions to address risks, delays, or cost impacts.
• Coordinate procurement activities and oversee subcontractor engagement and performance.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and leadership.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, change orders, billing, and cost control.
• Support business development efforts by building strong client and industry relationships.
• Drive successful project completion while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
