The company continues to grow through strong client partnerships, a people-first culture, and a focus on excellence in project execution.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will:Manage commercial & higher education construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Lead project teams, including site personnel, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key project stakeholders.Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance.Monitor project performance and implement solutions to address risks, delays, or cost impacts.Coordinate procurement activities and oversee subcontractor engagement and performance.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and leadership.Manage project financials, including forecasting, change orders, billing, and cost control.Support business development efforts by building strong client and industry relationships.Drive successful project completion while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
