With a growing pipeline of larger commercial work, they are looking for a Project Manager to take on an upcoming project.Job DescriptionManage large commercial construction projects around $30-80MLead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement activities.Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and owners.Monitor project costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contract administration.Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Provide regular project updates and financial reporting to senior leadership.Drive project performance to achieve profitability and client satisfaction goals.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
