About Our Client

This widely growing GC in the Miami, FL area has been in business for over 30 years. They target projects in the commercial construction space, earning and maintaining an award-winning portfolio in mainly education/ healthcare work. With a growing pipeline of larger commercial work, they are looking for a Project Manager to take on an upcoming project.

Job Description

  • Manage large commercial construction projects around $30-80M
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and owners.
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contract administration.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular project updates and financial reporting to senior leadership.
  • Drive project performance to achieve profitability and client satisfaction goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing education, healthcare, and/or tilt-wall construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
