Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules to track progress effectively.
  • Monitor project performance and resolve any issues that arise during execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
  • Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams regularly.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Analyze project outcomes and provide recommendations for process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
  • Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Strong Procore experience.
  • Experience coordinating and managing multi-prime construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
