Recognized for its collaborative culture, lasting client partnerships, and dedication to quality, the firm provides professionals the chance to contribute to meaningful projects that enhance communities and the built environment.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for: Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.Establish and maintain project budgets, timelines, and scopes of work.Direct project planning, coordination, and execution alongside internal teams and external partners.Act as the main liaison for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.Oversee contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities.Track project performance and address challenges proactively to keep schedules and quality on track.Facilitate project meetings and deliver consistent progress updates to stakeholders.Guide and mentor junior project managers and project support staff.Partner with field teams to maintain strong communication and efficient project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
