MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience.Ground-up multifamily or hospitality construction experience is required.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (examples include overseeing two or more $10M+ projects).Strong budgeting and financial management skills.Experience leading subcontractors and coordinating project teams.Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.Construction Management degree preferred, though relevant construction experience or another related degree will also be considered.Estimating experience is a plus.What's on OfferCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $120,000-$150,000 (flexibility for exceptional candidates)Performance-based annual bonus$600/month car allowance3 weeks of PTO to start (includes sick time), with additional PTO based on tenureFlexible work environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration.
