Job Description

The Project Manager will report into senior operations leadership and play a key role in delivering complex projects across education and public sectors.

  • Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project financial performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Oversee contract administration, procurement, and change management
  • Collaborate closely with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
  • Provide regular reporting and project updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong team culture

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proven experience delivering K-12, higher education, or municipal projects
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts
  • Proficiency in industry software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
