This Louisiana based General Contractor, established for more than 30 years, is searching for a Project Manager with large commercial experience to join their team in Shreveport. The Project Manager coordinates all activities between the field and operational / preconstruction staff and will also perform as the liaison for the home office Executives.

Job Description

  • Manage large commercial construction projects, mostly from the ground-up
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and execution
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality delivery
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout lifecycle
  • Support preconstruction through closeout phases
  • Build out market share across Northwest LA

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, etc.
  • Must have construction experience in the ground-up commercial space
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
