Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgetary requirements.
  • Coordinate and direct project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
  • Oversee risk management processes and resolve project-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
  • Review project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
