Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Utilize Procore and other construction management tools to track project performance

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction experience with Project Manager or Junior Project Manager experience
  • Background in K-12, municipal, federal, or general commercial construction
  • Experience delivering both public and private sector projects
  • Strong scheduling, communication, and Procore proficiency
