Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project financial performance and profitability
  • Manage procurement and subcontractor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and change management
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Demonstrated success delivering ground-up Church, K-12, and Entertainment Facility projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and project teams
  • Proficiency with industry-standard construction software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required
