Job Description

Responsibilities for the Project Manager

  • Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress.
  • Monitor quality standards and safety protocols on-site.
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee resource allocation and procurement of materials.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all projects.
