As the business grows, they are increasingly pursuing ground-up projects and more complex commercial work, creating significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for managing assigned construction projects from preconstruction through completion while working closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and internal leadership.Key responsibilities include:Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and maintain project budgets and schedulesManage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and project costsLead project meetings with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractorsReview plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersCoordinate closely with the Superintendent to ensure successful field executionMonitor project financial performance and overall profitabilityIdentify potential project risks and develop solutionsMaintain strong relationships with clients and project partnersParticipate in preconstruction and project planningCoordinate project closeout and turnoverEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
