Job Description

  • Manage education, healthcare, light industrial, and multifamily construction projects
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders
  • Monitor project costs and maintain profitability targets
  • Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Experience managing projects in education, healthcare, multifamily, or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
