Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for

  • Manage multiple active construction projects simultaneously, including a hospital portfolio valued at approximately $15M.
  • Lead all phases of project execution, from preconstruction and planning through completion and closeout.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with long-standing healthcare clients and key project stakeholders.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial performance.
  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges, including change orders, design issues, and schedule impacts.
  • Utilize Procore and other project management tools to track progress, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with company leadership, reporting directly to the Director of Project Management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing healthcare, hospital, mechanical, or commercial construction projects.
  • Proven ability to lead projects valued at approximately $15M or greater.
  • Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated success maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Experience overseeing project financials, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor management.
  • Proficiency with Procore.
