Job Description

* Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout.
* Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
* Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration.
* Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

* 7+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
* Experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and scheduling.
* Proven success leading hospitality, K-12, industrial, or municipal projects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
