Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications.
  • Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with field operations, estimators, architects, engineers, and ownership groups.
  • Track project financial performance and proactively address risks and challenges.
  • Oversee project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reporting.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunities.
  • Manage projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, retail, mixed-use, senior living, and residential construction.
  • Travel to project sites within approximately 30 minutes of the Kittery and Portsmouth area as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management processes, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with design-build and construction management delivery methods.
  • Background managing projects across multiple market sectors.
  • Familiarity with fast-track construction projects.
  • Local knowledge of the Southern Maine or New Hampshire construction market.
