Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Milwaukee, Wisconsin Permanent USD100,000 - USD150,000 per year View Job Description
This Project Manager - Commercial Construction opportunity is ideal for an experienced Project Manager who wants to run projects independently while working for a company that genuinely trusts its people. You'll manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, work directly with ownership, and help support a growing backlog of negotiated commercial and multifamily work throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
  • Run major projects with autonomy and direct access to ownership.
  • Big-project exposure without sacrificing work-life balance.

About Our Client

Our client is a family-owned construction management firm that has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining an exceptional culture. Unlike many contractors that pursue growth at all costs, leadership has intentionally slowed growth at various points to protect employee work-life balance and maintain consistent project delivery standards. The company specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, municipal, and commercial construction projects throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. With a strong base of repeat clients and approximately 90% negotiated work, project teams are able to focus on planning and execution rather than constantly managing change orders and project disputes. Employees enjoy the feel of a smaller company while working on projects that rival those of much larger contractors.
