Known for its strong culture, repeat business, and employee-focused ownership mentality, the company offers long-term career growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Managing multiple ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Leading project teams and provide direction to Superintendents and project support staff.Maintaining control of budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships.Working closely with executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery.Overseeing projects primarily within self-storage, retail, industrial, entertainment, restaurant, and warehouse sectors.Utilizing Procore, Sage 300, Bluebeam, GC Pay, and related construction management technology.Traveling to project sites when required, typically on an occasional basis.Operating from the Midlothian, VA office with site visits as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
