Job Description



Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will report into regional operational leadership and take ownership of projects from contract award through to close-out. This Project Manager role is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing complex construction programmes and building strong client relationships.

  • Lead projects through the full construction lifecycle, from contract negotiation and mobilisation through final invoicing and close-out
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and client expectations are achieved
  • Administer contracts and manage change orders while protecting commercial outcomes
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients throughout project delivery
  • Monitor project performance, safety, quality and compliance requirements
  • Mentor project support staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

For the Project Manager - Construction we are seeking:

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within the construction industry
  • Experience delivering commercial, industrial, advanced manufacturing, mission-critical, semiconductor, government or high-tech construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, job costing, invoicing and contract administration
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to review drawings, specifications and construction documentation across various trades
  • Experience preparing and negotiating change orders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and construction management software platforms
  • Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
