Job Description

  • Manage commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Lead project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, building ownership groups, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, cash flow management, cost tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and change management issues proactively.
  • Manage project documentation and reporting through Procore and other project management platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with superintendents, estimators, and leadership teams to achieve project goals.
  • Participate in client meetings, project planning sessions, and executive-level communications.
  • Support the successful delivery of projects typically ranging from $1M to $25M+ in value.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor.
  • High-performing Assistant Project Managers with 4+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience delivering high-end corporate interiors projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Advanced proficiency with Procore, including Project Management and Financial Management modules.
  • Strong experience utilizing Microsoft Project for scheduling and project planning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.
  • Demonstrated career stability and strong tenure with previous employers.
