With sustained year-over-year growth, a collaborative culture, and a strong commitment to employee development, they've become a destination employer for construction professionals seeking long-term career advancement.Job DescriptionManage commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.Lead project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, building ownership groups, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, cash flow management, cost tracking, and reporting.Coordinate with field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and change management issues proactively.Manage project documentation and reporting through Procore and other project management platforms.Collaborate closely with superintendents, estimators, and leadership teams to achieve project goals.Participate in client meetings, project planning sessions, and executive-level communications.Support the successful delivery of projects typically ranging from $1M to $25M+ in value.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
