Job Description

The responsibilities of a Project Manager:

  • Lead projects as the primary Project Manager from start to finish
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules
  • Oversee project financial performance and budgeting
  • Generate, issue, negotiate, and manage change orders
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings
  • Create meeting agendas and distribute meeting minutes
  • Track action items and drive accountability among stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation through Procore and other construction platforms
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously across varying phases of construction
  • Partner closely with company leadership on project strategy and execution

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 2-5+ years of experience functioning as a Project Manager
  • Proven experience serving as the lead Project Manager on projects
  • Ability to independently manage project schedules and client communications
  • Experience administering project financials and change management processes
  • Prior experience leading OAC meetings and coordinating project stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience managing staff is a plus
  • Proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, CMIC, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects
