My client is a General Contractor specializing in commercial interiors and infrastructure with their Verizon department. They have been operating for over 60 years and doing $60M+ in annual revenue

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
