This role is ideal for a construction professional who can step in quickly, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive successful project execution from preconstruction through closeout.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will:Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and overall execution.Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.Oversee sophisticated corporate interiors, tenant fit-outs, renovations, and repositioning projects.Monitor project costs, forecasts, schedules, and project documentation.Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project to track project performance and maintain communication.Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.Manage third-party vendor coordination and specialty system integration as required.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project partners, and internal teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
