Job Description

    • Manage commercial interiors projects from award through completion
    • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client teams
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
    • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
    • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges
    • Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
    • Proven experience delivering commercial interiors projects
    • Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, and scheduling
    • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software preferred
    • Proactive, solutions-driven, and team-oriented mindset
