With an impressive reputation, a strong project backlog, and exceptional employee retention, they offer long-term career growth within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning through completion.Overseeing project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and client communication.Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, superintendents, and internal project teams.Monitoring project performance to ensure quality, safety, and profitability objectives are met.Leading project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.Reviewing drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Supporting field operations and conducting site visits as required.Maintaining strong client relationships while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.Collaborating with senior project leadership to ensure successful execution across the project portfolio.Utilizing construction management software and reporting tools to track progress and project outcomes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
