Job Description

The Interior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously across various stages
  • Overseeing projects ranging from $300k-$2 million with 6-16 week timelines
  • Leading projects from conception through completion, ensuring quality delivery
  • Facilitating OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and coordination
  • Reviewing and approving change orders and managing project documentation
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interior Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in office or healthcare interior construction
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
  • Experience running projects from start to finish independently
  • Strong experience reviewing and signing off on change orders
  • Confidence in leading OAC meetings and stakeholder coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Procore
  • High integrity, inquisitive mindset, and strong communication skills
