Employees enjoy a high level of autonomy, visibility, and opportunity to grow their careers as the business continues to expand across multiple market sectors.Job DescriptionThe Interiors Project Manager will be responsible for:Managing commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Coordinating project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications.Leading project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Overseeing multiple project stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships.Collaborating closely with company leadership to deliver successful project outcomes.Working on a variety of projects across corporate interiors, healthcare, municipal, retail, hospitality, and related sectors.Driving project performance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.Utilizing construction management software and technology platforms to support project execution.Contributing to the continued growth and success of a rapidly expanding contractor.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
