Job Description

The Interiors Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinating project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications.
  • Leading project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Overseeing multiple project stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborating closely with company leadership to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Working on a variety of projects across corporate interiors, healthcare, municipal, retail, hospitality, and related sectors.
  • Driving project performance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Utilizing construction management software and technology platforms to support project execution.
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of a rapidly expanding contractor.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interior Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
  • Strong background in private-sector and commercial interiors projects.
  • Healthcare construction experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in an autonomous environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of project delivery.
  • OSHA-10 and/or OSHA-30 certification preferred.
  • Procore experience preferred.
  • First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
